I just found these delightful pictures, and since the season is sneaking up fast, I thought I would start up the xmas thread: So what is everyone doing & getting for Chrissy? I am going to a hippy festival between xmas & new year - it goes for 7 days and it is awesome - you can look it up at www.woodfordfolkfestival.com As for pressies, I feel like a little kid this year - I have already been spoiled rotten - I'm getting a new mountain bike from my parents and a portable dvd player for my car from my hubbie. YAY. Now I can watch movies while driving to work.

I'm doing the usual. Nothing. Can't think of any presents I want, I love christmas food, cointreau cream and stuff. I hope it snows though.

O I really hope it snows. In my familly we wake up do the whole present thing then we have to immediatly get ready for my grandparents to come down after they leave we jump in the car and travel to MA. to visit my grandma and by the time we are home it is to late to do crap. If it snows we don't go anywhere and no one comes here so we relax the entire day.

For us, on xmas eve we have a big party at our house and have about 50 friends round and have a massive piss up and we open all the presents from my in-laws and friends. Then on xmas day, we go to my mums house and bask in the sun and suck down beers & prawns & seafood and turkey dinner etc....then that night we are off to the hippy festival. I love summer xmas.
Today, in Australia it is 43.8 degrees celcius - which is the hottest november day recorded in history....it's bloody hot
