The opera that former Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters has spent a third of his life working on will be debuted later this year in St Petersburg. Waters originally planned to finish the work in time for the bicentennial anniversary of the French Revolution in 1989. Fifteen years later than planned, Ca Ira is set for release later this year, although a precise date is yet to be confirmed.
