I suppose they have different effects on different people. I mean when they started off in the UFO club and stuff, everyone was taking LSD's, so from that view there must have been something.
But on the other hand, Pink Floyd wrote most of their music sobre, so to create something like that must mean you don't have to be 'stoned' to enjoy it.
