Oh God, no I there's a special kind of thread that makes it stick at the top of each forum, I clicked the button but it didn't work.

A sticky thread is a thread that is high priority.

A sticky thread (i think) is like this one. When you look at the top of this one on the general board, there is a pin. Sticky just makes it stay at the top, forever, it does not change subject to posting.
